Pulling a T@B320

I am towing my 2017 T@B320 with my Infiniti QX60 AWD.  Every time I step on the Brake, the T@B surged... It does not make me feel safe. I have a feeling the T@B may run away from my SUV... I checked the hitch ball and it was latched and locked.. 
 Please shares your comments? Is that a normal?  Should I have the dealer to check out the trailer?

    What kind of brake controller are you using? Maybe it needs adjusting?

    @huanvanho - what do you mean by surge?  Have you checked the TaB brakes?  Any noises?

    Sounds like brake controller isn’t adjusted properly.  Did you follow the owners manual setup?

    How do I adjust brake controller? Where is it at? I did not know it exists. Please show me how.. Thanks

    The TaB has electric brakes and you need a brake controller to set and operate the brakes.  

    If it feels like the trailer does not want to stop when you brake, you need to use the electric brakes that are built in to the TaB.  You need to buy and install a proportional brake controller.  I think you are unsafe and are at risk until you install the controller and use the TaB brakes.

    Call your dealer and have them install a controller.

    We just got the Curt Echo wireless controller, super simple (just plug in, really)  and no modifications to vehicle, works from your Wireless app on your phone. If I had known how easy it was I would not have bought at the dealer…
