Upgrade bathroom faucet in 2018 clamshell?

The bathroom sink in my 2018 clamshell is ridiculously bad. The problem isn't so much that the sink is tiny, but that the faucet is so low that there isn't room beneath it to wash your hands. Has anyone upgraded their bathroom faucet to something with a bit more clearance, while preserving the shower head?

    I don’t think I have seen a faucet change for the clamshell bathroom, but I have seen sink removal here on the forum.  Admittedly, the sink is only good for brushing your teeth or holding a wet washcloth.

    Here’s a bathroom faucet upgrade I just finished. Now I can wash my hands and brush my teeth😁

    Purchased the faucet and shower diverter from Amazon. The installation was easy.
