Removing the Freidrich AC from a 2016 T@B Qmax

Got an AC question. We have a 2016 T@B Qmax with a Friedrich AC mounted under the stove cabinet at floor level. 

Can anyone tell me how to remove this AC unit. Does it come out from inside or thru the outside vent? I have tried to remove the outside vent (removed screws) but it seems to be glued in?  Any pics would be helpful.
