Window blinds and shades

I just bought my Tab 400 and the large window at the front doesn’t want to close all the way up and the blackout shade is puckering same as well got the stargazing window. It’s almost like there isn’t enough room for them to close. I don’t expect this in a brand new camper. Any help or ideas?

The front window shade on my TaB 400 does not go all the way up, about one inch is still exposed. The puckering is caused by the metal rod in the shade, just cup your hand on the front and back of the shade to get the shade all the way up until the rod is inside the top part.
