  This is Mandy Lea's 400. The front fabric doesn't touch the ground either. Not sure about the poles. Maybe post a photo. There are some install videos for the 320 but haven't seen one for the 400.

  I have the Isabella on our Boondock, and the “flaps” do not reach the ground on mine either, especially when I have the adjustable feet extended.  And I agree the poles on each end do not hit and connect to the frame squarely, but seem to hold just fine.

  Thank you for the sanity check TNOutback.  The side poles hold fine, it just seems like for the price they charge, the design could be more refined such that the side flaps and the side poles actually do what is expected.
