no power with shore power plugged in

We are plugged into shore power with our 2014 T@B but do not get power with my electric water heater plugged in.
All else seems to work.

Did you check the breakers (inside the black panel on the front of the driver's side sofa seat)? If any of them is switched opposite of the others, switch it back.

When you say all else works is that include any other 120v outlets? All the 12v items like lights do not count as they could be running off your battery.
Make sure 120v is actually getting to trailer before going down a rabbit hole.2019 T@B 400 Boondock Lite
