What is the red switch in the Nautilus compartment?

I have scoured the manuals and can not find this red switch. What is it?

  IIRC the switch is not wired for use.
  
  Edit:  PrincessCraft video referred to a “black” switch, but it has always been red.  https://tab-rv.vanillacommunity.com/discussion/comment/166150#Comment_166150
