Hitch & Unhitch Procedures?

Hi everyone, we just bought a 2005 T@B 320 without any instructions from the owner. Can anyone share their hitch & unhitch instructions? This older model hitch is quite different from our previous trailer which we sold years ago and any pertinent information has been erased from my old memory. Thanks SO very much, Jo
