@Heineck there are a lot of resources here. Check out the categories column on the left side of your screen. There is a line entitled Dutchman and Vintage TaB Archives that probably contains that and more of what you need.

@Heineck, The Dutchman 'manual' was in some ways a joke - very generic, could be for several different brands and models. The most useful was the operator manuals for each individual included appliance.

I'm not aware of a service manual for any model of T@B. However, service manuals are available from the manufacturer's of many of the T@B components.
