Using Jensen DVD player

Having a problem with dvds that just continue loading and never start. Any help would be appreciated! :)

    That's not sounding positive.
    Assume you have tried different CD Disks . . . .

    My Jensen {DVD Reader Style} unit has only had "loading issues" when I inserted Blu-Ray disks instead of the slightly older format DVD disk.

    And I felt soooo dumb for having brought the Blu-Ray movies - - - -

    We have a 2019 T@B 400 that had a loading issue that some first aid was in this thread if you have that model

    Assuming you have a DVD disk, try a music CD. If it loads correctly, your movie disk is bad. If the music CD doesn't load either, the lens on the laser is dirty. I cleaned mine; however, it took a lot of disassembly. I wouldn't recommend it without serious consideration.

    In addition to other suggestions, I'm just going to mention that it will not play BluRay disks.
