Battery issues -2022 Tab 400.

Reading in my vitron app shows solar is 16-18 watts and in Float. 

When not plugged into shore power, I push the battery button on the trailer control panel and nothing lights up.  Also no power to lights etc. 

when I plug into shore power the monitor reads the same on the vitron app AND the battery says fully charged on the trailer control panel and of course lights etc work. 

I have made sure all appliances and lights etc are turned off when I unplug and check battery status. 

Curious if you all have thoughts on this.

    Is your battery switch turned to “On”?

    When on shorepower, the converter will power all the appliances, lights, etc that are wired for 12V power.  If you unhook from shorepower, the battery switch must be on to allow flow from the battery to the 12V appliances.

    A 400?  Have you checked the Famous Gloso Circuit breaker down near your batteries? Check this thread.  The circuit breaker can blow if: the batteries are in a low state of charge, and the power surge from the converter trips it.  Or....the breaker somehow gets bumped.
    This thread shows you what it looks like down in the battery compartment, and has a general discussion about how it works.
