Do you know how to remove those ?

in Modifications & Upgrades

I want to make the twin bed modification that extends the side seats on my 320S 2020 and these are the plastic things that holds the bed slats in place.  I would like to remove them permanently so I don't have to cut a notch on my add-on. I tried to pry them out by pulling up, but they are not budging.
Any idea ?
