Connection leak on heater start-up

We are getting ready for winter travel and I started the heater to get the trailer warmed up.  Within the first 30 minutes I noticed water dripping from the bottom of the trailer beneath the heater compartment.   When I took a look, the coupling (?) on the cold water line into the Alde was leaking and seemed somewhat loose. I pushed it back together and it stopped leaking. The similar connection on the hot water to the Alde was not leaking but also seemed loose fitting.  Is this something I need to address?   Is it a DIY fix?

If I remember correctly, this coupling is simply a reducer connecting a larger to a smaller pipe.  It seems like simply pushing it back together should work, but hopefully someone of plumbing authority will chime in😊
