Where is the adjustment for the Alde pump? Also, it’s my understanding that it has an automatic bleeding valve. True? Thanks as always for everyone chiming in.

The auto-bleed valve is the brass component with the small black tube running out near its top, marked with a neon green arrow. The pump speed adjustment is located on the motor pictured, also indicated with a neon-green arrow. Here's what the bare part looks like: https://en.alde.se/our-products/automatic-air-bleed-valve/Exact placement of the components may vary depending on your camper model. Also, note that nuCamp clearly states you shouldn't run the circulation pump above the factory setting (3) for more than 1 hour.

Pump speed thread here, with pictures. Here is a thread about the bleed valve, and troubleshooting. There are also various manual bleed valves in the trailers, so your year and model will be needed to help you find them.
