The 2024 East Meets West Gathering at Lincoln Rock State Park will be
May 16, 17, 18, 19, 2024. You can book your stay for May 16 beginning August 16, 2023 through Washington State Parks reservation system.

    RESERVATIONS OPEN NEXT WEEK FOR EAST MEETS WEST 2024!!!!!

    Just trying to push this note out to as many of you as I can from past East Meets Wests... please pass the word on to others that may be interested, since as you know the park tends to fill up :s  Apologies to any I have left off... trying our best!!!

    Loop B and C are totally booked.
    If ANYONE cannot make it and has reservations - can you please reach out.
    I can't believe I didn't get online for first couple days (I was camping) - and all the sites got booked.

    @2Cougs. I put in for notifications coming in on Wednesday or Thursday.
    Often, I don't see the notification - and by the time I get online later in the day - the dates have been picked up. Fingers crossed - I did see last year that people unexpectedly had to cancel.
    There are spots in Loop A still available - but, I really, really don't want to boondock (I don't have solar or a generator) - I kind of like the 'glamping' thing  ;)

    Lots of life happened during the past couple of weeks but we were able to get A1 for our first East meets West Gathering. We boondock more than we camp in places with utilities so it won’t be all that different for us (except for the part where we don’t deal with dust and dirt). Looking forward to it.

    Welcome @FunSize_Like_Trailer and congratulations on getting a space! A1 is a nice site. Much life has also been happening for my team and I this summer. As soon as we slow a bit we will have the new 2024 information sheet up and ready for all to read and put your info on our master list. We look forward to meeting you!
