Alde screen lights up but is blank

I picked up my new ‘23 320s last week and tested it out the first night. The Alde worked perfectly as expected. It went in tonight to try it again for an upcoming trip. When I power up, the screen lights up, the Alde logo shows up, but very faintly, then it goes blank, but still backlit. The unit warms the camper, but the screen is entirely unreadable and useless.
has anyone experienced this before?

    Welcome to the Forums!
There is a cable that goes from the Alde circuit board up to the back of the control panel.  If you haven't noodled around in the Alde area under the driver's side bench, you need to get in there and open the Alde hatch.
Inside the hatch you will find that red cable (like an ethernet cable) in the picture.  Make sure it is plugged in nicely.  This thread has a conversation about a different issue, but does have a nice photo.

Here is another thread with the same basic issue....but your case seems different since the panel is dimly visible. But, you will see some basic troubleshooting. You may need to disconnect the panel from the wall to confirm that red cable is firmly attached.

If you haven't been into the Alde, this Fuses For Newbies thread shows you exactly where to look to find that red cable under the "service hatch".

So what’s really strange is I tried it this morning and everything worked perfectly. Go figure.
