I have a new to me 2008 T@B T1 with two bad rear stabilizers. My question is are they mounted by bolts or Lag Screws? Also, if by bolts how can the nuts be accessed without ser

Those are called "corner steadies" for the Alko frames. Match up the pictures in this link with the ones you have, and there may be some details. Most likely, someone in these groups will know.

The rear stabilizers are part of the frame. The diecast nuts are a typical failure point and are available as a replacement part. UK caravan dealers are the typical source of parts for that chassis.

Thanks again Bob, good to know. Miridith still can't get that Jocky wheel down. Hopefully she'll have it figured out soon.
