T@B rooftop resealing

Hey all! Just got myself an old ‘05 teardrop - it’s my first camper trailer so I’m a bit of a newbie. On the backside of the rooftop, there are cracks that have let water in. What would be recommended to seal those cracks? What type of sealant would you recommend for the whole roof? And the caulking on the outside trim where the roof meets the walls has gone bad.. need advice for that as well. Thanks in advance!

For sealing vents, I've seen mostly Dicor self-leveling sealant recommended. It doesn't look pretty (never does) but it's on the roof and a lot of people swear by it. Though I don't know if you can apply over the old caulking or if you need to remove it first - never had to do it (yet) so haven't researched it! Probably others here who would have recommendations as well on both type and process of applying.
