Stargazer Window Attachment Issue

Thanks for everyone's posts.  I've kept hoping the window failures wouldn't happen to our 21' 400BD. But then the front window popped out of the hinge/rail in March.  We decided to replace it ourselves.  Front window - Part number 82-00-7666  Price with shipping $370  (Ordered from the very helpful folks at Missouri Teardrop).  It was not too bad to install. I do recommend starting with new/sharpened drill bit and follow the posts here.  Replacement on the front is working great. However the rear/stargazer window hinge just failed on us during our next trip.  We have it reattached and latched for down and is water tight.  It will do until we return.   Now wondering if anyone has heard of the kitchen window failing?
