Short in wiring?

I just purchased a 24 NuCamp Tag classic.   The lithium battery is fully charged, yet it doesn't always work.  There are times that the overhead light inside the camper flickers.  Twice I've gone back to check power and nothing will come on.  When checked again everything works.   Seems this is a possible short?  Needing advice.
Everything works fine when connected to shore power.

    What are you using to tell you the battery is "fully charged?"  The Victron app? 
    Have you checked over the connections at the battery to make sure things are nice and tight?
