Trim on side of camper (door side) is come out of the side rail

Hello - the trim on the curb side of my 2022 T@b 400 BD is hanging out of its rail.  I'm assuming it's shrunk from the sun or something.  The other side seems ok.  My question is where will I order the piece of trim? and how difficult is it to install myself?  It looks like one long continuous piece that goes from the back of the trailer all the way around and ends up at the back of the trailer at the bottom.  The only tricky part is it goes behind the wheel trim on the trailer (I think).  Is that easy to take off?  Or is this whole thing a dealer job.  I'm several hundred miles from a dealer - or can any RV repair place do this?  Or can I?  It was easy to stick it back in but it's shrunk and won't stay in on a drive.....

    Pictures would be great, because the roof line involves several pieces of "trim", so it is hard to guess exactly what you are trying to fix.  There is "rubber" trim, the hard plastic "ABS" trim, etc. The thread below has a discussion of the "rubber" trim with other pictures and discussions.

    Thank you!  I'll take a look at this - it is the rubber trim coming out of the aluminum rail it sits in. I wasn't seeing immediately where to attach a pic but I do see how to attach one in the Comment section here. If the link you sent doesn't have what I need I'll attach a pic in case that helps to further explain.

    Are you referring to the temporary black filler strip that goes into the keder rail? If so, it’s meant to be discarded.

    Yes, that's exactly what I'm referring to.  It doesn't look like it really does anything except for looks.  Now that you say that isn't that rail you would put a sunshade into? Thank you so much!!

    Yes, that's the rail (called a keder rail) that you would use to attach a sunshade, awning, or tent. Owners who use those items typically just remove that trim strip and leave it out.
    It's called insert molding or trim screw cover. If the existing strip wont stay put and you don't want to just discard it, it's available in rolls from Amazon, eTrailer, and several other sources. 1" wide is common, but I would check your existing strip before ordering.

    Thank you so much!  Both insert molding and trim screw cover perfectly describe what this strip does.  I'm still inexperienced with my trailer and do recall seeing keder rail mentioned with the awning and sunshade discussions in the past. The insert molding has actually cracked in the middle and become sort of brittle so it makes sense to at least discard the passenger side trim since it will likely come right back out of the rail next time I tow it.  The link sent earlier mentioned gluing and I'm so glad for your comment as my awning, which I've never used, wouldn't have had a place to go if I had filled the rail with glue.  But I think that discussion and my issue are two different things - a picture would have been worth a thousand words.  Thanks again for all your helpful info!
