Loctite caulk on interior kitchen and bathroom

I'm bumping this post for some clarification. The caulk behind the sink (where the counter joins the paneling) is cracking due to some play in that panel. That's an important spot to keep sealed and the caulk doesn't seem flexible at all. Above it says "Loctite Caulk" for kitchen, but there are many different kinds. So, I'd like to know what's there, and whether it makes sense to use that again-- or perhaps pull that out along the back and replace with silicone. Silicone would seem to make sense in that area, but I don't build campers of course! And, perhaps some type of adhesive caulk would be better for locking that panel to the counter. Thanks for your help!

@EasternJL, just a thought, but take a look Loctite's "Polyseamseal Tub and Tile" or "2 in 1 Tub & Tile" line of adhesive caulks. It says they are permanently flexible, so they should provide what you are seeking:

Thanks @Bayliss. I'll take a look. Of course, I'd have to remove the old caulk around the perimeter before putting this down-- but I guess that's just how it goes. I was also looking at some self adhering wide silicone tape for around that area. If anyone else has tackled this and has ideas, I'd appreciate the input.
And I'd be interested to know if this is the stuff that NuCamp uses. What's on there now doesn't seem flexible at all, so it cracks with any movement. It must be a different type.
