Replacement shower curtain

We just brought our 2024 T@B 320S home.  I found that the shower curtain is flawed, snap missing, snaps not lined up to snaps on walls, hangs unevenly at the top.

this should be on warranty, but if not where can I get a replacement?

    It will be covered under warranty.  Contact your dealer.

    Maybe make one?  Snap kits are easily had.  The shower curtain I have is extremely tight and hard to get on.  We never use it.  I really do not understand the purpose.  We take lots of showers and never have water exit the door.  Is it to protect the inside of the door?  After 3 years of many showers, I have not observed any damage to the door.  We do wipe it down with a chamois after use.

    I’ve contacted dealer and waiting on response.  I have now seen posts from the past that this shower curtain issue is far from new and not yet resolved.  Others have done their own and replaced snaps for magnets, which is what I will inevitably do.  I’m just disappointed that this is even an issue. It’s not like these T@B’s are inexpensive.
