Soft Floor Questions in a TAB 320s

I have a 2020 TAB 320s. I bought it brand new and have decided to sell it this year. I had a potential buyer come see it and he pointed out that the floors are soft in the center. This is my first camper so I have nothing compared to it. I always thought the floors were on the soft side and didn’t pay much attention to it. Obviously I was wrong. I am going to take it to the dealer to get the official verdict. Unfortunately the dealer is two hours away and I am having issues with my brake controller, it won’t pair. The company is sending me a new one but it is on backorder. So I am trying to get as much information as I can while I wait. I really don’t think there is any water damage, I can’t see any evidence of that. Is there anything else that would make the floors soft besides water damage?  What should I look for? Are there alternatives to replacing the whole floor? Has anyone replaced the floor in TAB? Is it worth doing it yourself or talking to a dealer?

Mine are soft as well. The 2020 would have Azdel floors (I think), so it's not as hard and solid as wood. I was told it was normal. But IDK.

Yes, the 2020s were Azdel or Greencore (I think that’s the name) and could develop soft spots. In 2021 they started putting a sheet of plywood under the vinyl flooring due to the soft floors.

Thank you! Is this something I should be worried about or can I just use it as is?

No need to worry - it is structurally sound.  However, an easy fix is to install a layer of luxury vinyl tile just so it feels sturdier.  Just make sure not to occlude the notches on the bench as the Alde needs air to heat the cabin properly.

If the brake controller won't pair there are some things to try. First, make sure you have position and Bluetooth turned on. Also, make sure the Curt software has permission to access your phones position. If that didn't help, delete and reload the Curt app. They recently updated the app. The new app works much better.
