Water leak

Assuming you are using a pressure regulator and your water pressure is not too high (in which case the drains would be doing exactly what they are supposed to) it might be that the little rubber seals in side the valves are not closing completely. Try opening and closing the valve manually a few times--if you are lucky this might flush out any debris and allow the valves to reseat properly.
