Where's my glycol leak coming from

I just purchased a 2016 tab 320 and when I got home I noticed a decent drip from the rear. The next morning it was still dripping and I looked inside at the glycol level and the tank was empty. It was a 5 hour drive home and everything was tested working before the purchase. This is my first trailer and I'm new to the alde system. I checked the drain plug and it was there and definitely not leaking from there. Its leaking in the center where there are two bolts that come down and dripping from those. I went inside and looked on the floor under the cushions and couldn't find and sign of a leak. Where could this be coming from and am I just not looking hard enough on the inside. Any help would be appreciated.
