Galley finished!!

We are going all-electric with a huge bank of lithium batteries on our new-to-us 2023 320S.  This afforded us the opportunity to free up valuable counter space by removing the entire propane system and cooktop in favor of a portable induction burner.  It comes out when needed, and stows neatly to the side when not.  I made a post earlier with just the sink/faucet installed - now everything else is complete.

While making changes, we switched to an "all black" theme to compliment our cabinets, using some leftover laminate found on Facebook marketplace.

Also put in a drinking water filter system after finding a PERFECT small unit that fit neatly under the sink.....and of course a black faucet for that.  =)

There were a couple of creative installation technicalities (like the sink drain being offset by a couple of inches), but things came together OK.

Here's most of the stuff we used in case anyone is interested:

This is fantastic! I've actually considered removing our stove and propane as well. We barely cook in there on the stove we too use an induction cooktop. I'll be sure to share this with my husband.

@boathealer - are you totally removing the LPG or just for the stove?

No propane at all.  Filled the tank area with lithium batteries (1200Ah).  All energy consumption will be electric - shore power, 12V, and 200W inverter.

@boathealer, very nicely done!  I love your attention to detail!  We've been moving in that direction since we got our 2015 T@b about 4 years ago.  We have a side tent for the T@b and carry a propane camp stove and do the cooking outside the T@b.  We have a portable induction unit already and have been looking at replacing the sink/faucet for some time.  Actually I've slowly been converting the interior to cherry (I happen to have a lot of it on hand) and was going to overhaul the kitchen cabinet area for some time.

Do you travel with the induction unit as shown in the photo or store it away when on the go?

Thank you for your kind words!  It stores to the side as shown in the picture for travel

No. Keeping it to run on electric-only.

Have you tested the actual power consumption of the induction cook top?

Yes.  600W to 1100W, depending on heat setting.

Nice! I think we've used the propane once in 5 yrs. We use an induction plate and small microwave since we normally camp with hookups. Think if our Norcold ever goes out, we'll replace it with a 12v and remove the cooktop and do what you did. Great work!
