You have the Alde?  Manual Control Panel?  Have the Alde manual with the instructions for how it works?
If you have the Alde: are you trying to run it on Propane or Electric?
When you say you have "power"...do you mean 12V battery power?

You might have one of the basic "errors" that the Alde can throw that would require a quick "reset" of the Alde by: turning off the battery switch, if you have one.  And error of this sort would be shown by a "Red" light on the control panel.  Look over this thread and there are some examples of how owners use the manual panel.  Find the image of the control panel from the manual, and look at "G", which explains the light and the possible error.

If you do have that "solid red light", then the Alde needs to be reset to clear the error.  Basically, that means turn off the power to the trailer, including the 12V power.  Your 2014 may not have a battery disconnect switch.  But, the Alde can be disconnected from 12V power by unplugging a cable on top of the Alde.  This thread shows where it is. Just unplug it, wait a few moments, and plug it back in.  (Make sure all the Alde "sliders" are in the off position).
