Propane not working on 2020 Tab 320S

Recently camped and discovered our gas flow was very low, then none. Had a full tank and even tried a backup but were not able to light stove top, fire up refrigerator or use Alde. Does this sound like a regulator issue or perhaps a line leak somewhere?
