New here, considering a 2022 T@B 320 CS-S BD

The lack of headroom was a non-starter for us (I'm 6'-1" also) when we looked at a 320 last year, and headroom in the bathroom was even less. I, too, liked how small it was but with a 45 pound dog aboard it was obvious it would be cramped. We do our outdoor cooking with a propane grille fired from the T@B's exterior gas connection on our 400.

At 6.1 he will be cramped, standing or sleeping. Consider 360

Hi Andrea, small world! Since you are so close, would it be helpful if you were to take a look at our 400? You didn't mention what your tow vehicle is or will be. The 400 is considerably heavier than the 320 options.

we have been happy with our 2019 320 since we bought it new. However, I,m 5'-8" and my wife is 5'-3" and we spent years in a tiny back packing tent, so the trailer seems larger to us. You might want to look at MBC's XT12HR while you shopping

Into our fifth season with a 2020 320S. I’m six foot tall and have no plans to upsize to a bigger trailer. Perfectly happy with what we have.

We have a 320-CS. I'm just a hair under 6 feet tall and can't quite stand up straight inside. More importantly, when sleeping East to West I'm just able to stretch out but just touch both walls. It's been plenty comfortable for me. I couldn't see trying to cook inside in a non-CS at my height, though. 

Well, here is another POV for you.  I'm 5'1 and my husby is 6'5.  We got our CSS in 2022 and yes, I'm not gonna lie, he banged his head going in and out but then he baby "head" proof inside quickly while he tried to remember to avoid those edges. 
Because we really wanted to have a camper that is as small as possible with a wet bath, we were pretty regimented with how we move around inside.  We were determined to making it work.  While I was running freely, he did everything "humpback" style when he is inside and when he exit the camper, he backed out and etc... he even takes a pretty long "sit-down) shower in that wet bath.  

While 360 CSS is ultra luxury, we wanted to have outdoor kitchen (I know indoor kitchen folks cook outside 90% of the time but we didn't want to forego ample cabinet space and set up & down kitchen stuff for those10% of the time.  We also couldn't escape faint smell of sauce and bacon    and we just didn't want to sleep in a kitchenette). 
We do have a small fridge and coffee set up inside for those rainy or windy days.  Oh, pass-through window feature with under 16ft length/2k weight of 320 CSS that can be towed by a sedan was super important as well for us.

Anyhow, at the end, we love that we picked our 320 CSS but it is after figuring out what kind of sacrifices we were willing to make for the features that are very important  to us.  Once you know that, you'll love whatever you choose!

I don't think you can go wrong with either!  I think it's all about knowing yourself and your needs.  Good-luck!
