Making sense of Victron apps...?

Hi Folks,
I'm new to Victron components and camping solar in general. I've got a Cirrus 620 truck camper with the Battle Born lithium upgrade. I've been looking at the SmartShunt and VE.Bus apps, and I'm confused by what I'm seeing in the VE.Bus app. Specifically I get a "low battery" alert from it. Meanwhile the SmartShunt app says my battery is at 94% capacity. (See photos attached. Can anyone please explain this to me? Thanks in advance!

    Your SmartShunt SOC reading is incorrect. 12.97v is low for a lithium battery.
    The default setting for the SmartShunt assumes that when a battery is first hooked up that battery is fully charged. If it wasn't fully charged, it messes up the SOC readings. The way to fix it is to get a full charge on your battery (from shore power or solar) and then, only after you're 100% sure the battery is fully charged, synchronize it to 100%.
    There have also been cases where the Victron devices (Solar controller, SmartShunt) weren't properly configured at the factory.
    What were you running in your camper when you took that screenshot? 5.92A is a very big power draw.
    Sorry, I don't have information about the VE.Bus
    Victron has a good website where you can find manuals and they have their own user community.

    Here is a cheat sheet I use for lithium:
    14.4V = 100%
    13.6V = 100%
    13.4V = 99%
    13.3V = 90%
    13.2V = 70%
    13.1V = 40%
    13.0V = 30%
    12.9V = 20%
    12.8V = 17%
    12.5V = 14%
    12.0V = 9%

    Your Multiplus is on but it appears you are not connected to shore power (no power incoming). Since your batteries are low, I'd turn it off (touch the "on" square and select off). It does need to be ON when you are plugged into shore power in order to charge your batteries.
