Baffling for Norcold n1800.3 3-Way Frig

2018 320S with n180.3 Norcold 3-way Frig. I installed 12v dual exhaust fans with thermostat and controller in the top exhaust vent a few years ago to try and help out the frig. Some success. Installed the same fans (turned around) behind lower intake vent today as well as a 3 fan 12v frig fan inside the frig. Wired 12v supply out to separate terminal block and fusing each fan separately. Hopefully it will help. Noticed a styrofoam and foil baffle had fallen down from somewhere and was in area of fins.  Don't remember where it was originally. I'm going to make a metal one to direct airflow up to the fins but can't figure out where that styrofoam one was installed. I'm thinking maybe it was used to block off the open area above the fins leading into the area underneath the 2 burner stove. Does anyone know if that is what it was used for? Also, is that area supposed to be blocked off so the air coming thru the fins doesn't move back in that area? If so, I'll fabricate a baffle for that too. TIA.

    @rcarlson1957, the below photos are from the refrigerator compartment in my 2019 320 S Boondock Lite.  I took them before replacing my Norcold N180.3 with the Isotherm Cruise 65 (two-way.)  The placement of styrofoam/foil baffles is likely the same/similar to yours, so maybe the pics will help.  I cannot answer your question about their specific function, but one possibility is to direct the cool air upward from the lower vent, and then direct the warmer air to exhaust through the upper vent.  Also, the tall/vertical piece would keep heat from the refrigerator away from the front wall of the trailer.

    If you do not have a copy, I have attached a copy of the Norcold Installation Manual.

    Bayliss Thanks! I saw your post before but for some reason didn't see that last photo showing the baffling above the fins the 1st time.
