Their 5th wheel trailer is longer than our entire tow rig!!!

[Not sure I'd want to be schlepping that thing around anyway,  tho.......]

What you do is, you challenge them to a camper pull.  Down an old forest road.  Whoever doesn't get stuck or damaged, gets the other persons rig for whatever they want to do with it.

When you win, you sell his rig, pay off your house, car, and camper.   =)

10 years ago I was a tent dweller, then I bought a used Forest River Wolf Pup (total POS that needed reassembly after 2 miles on a dirt road). Graduated to a Nash 17K which was a great trailer but the MPG towing it was a downer (ever seen your range being sub 200 miles *after* filling up ?). That's how I ended up with a T@b 320, it doesn't fall apart and it isn't too much of a drag.
Having said this, I've been getting into the modern version of car camping a.k.a. "overlanding" and this year I spent more nights in a tent than in the trailer. Full circle I guess :)

We once rolled into a park and set up next to a new large class A. They were all buttoned up for the night when we arrived. The next morning I was up and out making coffee(320 CS-S). The occupant of the class A came out of his vehicle and with good humor says “nice little trailer you have there”. I said “thanks” and with a smile I asked him “ do you know what the great equalizer is?” He said “what’s that?” And I said “the hose”
