Water standing in shower pan on Tab 400 around the drain, ideas?

I recently acquired a 2024 Tab 400 Boondock.  The shower pan needed a good scrub.  When cleaning I notice that water will not properly run into the drain.  It seems to collect around the drain and to the corners of the pan.  It seems maybe the drain is pushed up a bit too high.  Anyone with similar issue?  I had to work the remaining water into the drain by hand.  Another issue I notice, I was told to bias the level of the trailer to the drivers side so the CoolCat will drain properly but the shower drain on the TAB 400 is to the passenger side.   Comments or thoughts?  Am I error in my understanding on CoolCat?  I am coming from a Tab 320 and no issues with draining on that unit.

Yes, it seems to an issue with 2024 400s (and possibly 2025s also).  I don’t have a solution other than a floor squeegee.

Thanks for reply XenanMe.  I use a teak floor insert so the squeegee method doesn't work but I might have to scrap the teak insert which is a bummer.  I asked the tech line at Nucamp to take a look at the post to see if we have a way to remedy it.

If your 2024 TAB400 boondock is built like my older one, the floor of the shower pan is supported by several strategically placed blocks of wood.  You can see a couple of them in this photo:

Maybe NuCamp made these a bit too long, causing the high spot...?  I don't recall having a block next to the drain on my rig, maybe yours do...?  Moving them away from the drain might help.  Making them shorter would also help, but is tricky to do.

rh5555 got me thinking and maybe found a fix.  The orange square would not slide over the drain as the drain stood up higher than the shower pan floor.  Thus even if you squeegee water over to drain it quickly goes back to the low corners of pan.   Took pictures and you can also see the blocking to support weight similar to rh5555.  Problem is the shower pan on the corner near back of trailer doesn't have blocking which is the reason for the low spot on the endge and I don't think I can put it there due to how pan is made and attached.  Going back to the drain I was able to use door shims and wedge in between the black flange lips and the bottom of the wood floor near the shower pan bottom.  This pulled the shower pan down to the wood floor and now creates a decent gap between the drain and the level height of the shower pan.  I believe this will now drain much better.  Will try out during next shower and let you know.

Also while down there took a shot of the new Transcore floor that is visible due to the cut to allow the p trap.  The p trap though is rubbing on a sharp corner of the floor so likely I need to fix that or it might rub a hole in the flexible pipe.  Seems the hole placement didn't align with the p trap.

(Took another pick with a yellow level to get a better view of the gap that was previously negative.)

On my '23 400, I used a small squeegee to coral the water to the drain, then wipe down.
The rubber P-trap was also pressed into the edge of the floor cutout creating a slight indention. I discovered it one month past my one year warranty and NuCamp wouldn't pay to have it fixed. I had to pay the dealer to widen the floor to create a gap.
