Thanks. Yes, I have double checked the plug with an outlet connector and it has power and seems properly installed.

I'm hoping that when you see the new LED light assemblies, you may find a way to remove JUST the LED portion of your existing lights. Perhaps a grinder would work - without removing the existing trim or lights, carefully grind down the old LED lights until you get to the black socket facia. Then simply put the new LEDs on top of the existing black socket facia and secure with the two screws and maybe some sealant for good measure.

New lights are in and working. I had already removed one light, yes arduously, by removing the surround and digging out all of the caulk and removing the two screws. When I was putting in the new screws it chipped the lens... just a little, a space I filled in with new rv caulk. I ended up not re-installing the screws. I just used enough caulk to hold it in place. I can't imagine that the lights will ever come out of there. In any case, thank you everyone for your suggestions in diagnosing and for your help.

Did you have to remove the entire factory black sockets and LED portion of the light assemblies because of the excessive caulk on both lights? If so, I feel your pain. But happy to hear you solved the problem!

@Tabaz Yes, I did, on both lights. A lot of work, but feel good that the lights are working now, and happy that I was able to get the proper lights from NuCamp. Note for everyone else, in trying to replace the small screws that held the light in place, one of the lenses chipped. I abandoned the screws figuring that there is no way the lights will fall out with RV caulk holding them in place.
