2006 Tab 320 exterior vent(?) cover fell off

in Dutchman and Vintage TaB Archives
On the non-door side a small cover at the center bottom of the trailer fell off while driving. There is a pipe in the center of opening about inch in diameter pointing to the outside. Anybody know what this is? Can I just put another vent cover over or does the cover have to seal with the pipe somehow?

    Can you go under the driver side bench to see what the vent is for?  Is it for a furnace or hot water tank?  We can’t open any PDFs files due to a Vanilla glitch, so the Dutchman files are no help right now.
