Wet Subfloor in 2016 TAB CS Camper

I recently purchased a 2016 TAB CS camper that was lightly used and appeared to be in good shape. There was some noticeable water damage to the laminate flooring, but after tearing it up, I discovered that the entire 1/4" plywood subfloor has been completely saturated with water and basically disintigrates when pulled up. The flooring has since been completely removed and thankfully the decking over the trailer frame appears to be solid still, but I now have to figure out how the water got in to begin with. There are no obvious areas where water has stained the wall or where the calking or weather seals are in bad shape. The freshwater system does not leak. We had some rain last week, but did not see any water pooled anywhere (was prior to riping up the floor). I want to make sure the camper is weathertight before replacing the flooring.

I was wondering if anyone else has dealt with this happening on similar TAB models with the back kitchen and what needs to be done to resolve the issue. I can take some additional pictures if necessary.

Got a good bit of rain this morning, seems to be water coming in from the side walls on both sides.

@Boatlife - while parked or towing?

Just got the camper 2 weeks ago. It has been parked in my driveway. It sat outside in a parking lot at the location where I bought it for about 3 months. Supposedly the camper was garage/carport kept by the previous owner.

Water seems to be coming down the walls on either side and getting distributed along the aluminum square tube at the base of each wall which makes it difficult to pinpoint exactly where the problem areas are.  I may just have to re-calk all exterior seams but if there are particular problem areas I can home in on, that would help.

The aluminum square tube is the Keder rail.  We tighten up the screws regularly.  You may want to send an email to nuCamp and ask their advice.  Maybe there used to be sealant under the rail?  Help@nucamprv.com.

I have a same year CS with the same issue, did you come up with a resolution? I think the subfloor on mine is completely wet like yours. What or how did you replace the flooring with? This is from the back kitchen, you can see the white (what I think is azdel) is falling apart. The floor at the front of the trailer is wet as well

I took the the benches out and pulled the vinyl out as well as the underlayment which was soaked. The rear kitchen , I removed the face frame from the sink cabinet the removed the rest of the wet floor. I had black fabric covered foam like material ( more dense than styrofoam. Cleaned it up let it dry , waited for it to rain on the trailer a few times so I could make sure there were no external leaks . I then installed a floating floor that is supposed to be waterproof.

@RedBaron - did you take out your entire interior so that it was a completely open space when you performed your repairs? My floor is looking exactly like @Boatlife's, and I'm trying to figure out how much work I have ahead of me to repair the floor. Taking out the interior seems like it's inevitable (and the right way to repair) but a huge task. Did you identify the source of your leak(s)? I've discover leaks from both tail lights by using a garden hose. But I'm seeing mentions of other common leak locations (wheel wells, top rails of the body itself?).

I removed the 2 side benches and raised the front bench up so I didn’t have to cut the fresh water filler pipe. This aloud me to remove the floor under the front bench. I unhooked the gas vent for the alde so I could unscrew the hot water tank to lift it up enough to remove the wet sub floor. I did not remove the bathroom the floor was not wet under the shower.
Removing the staples was the most time consuming part of the job. Using a floating floor made it easier to install around the pipes in the sink area. Not a hard job just need time and patience.
