T@b floor replacement

I discovered some serious rot in the floor of my 2016 T@b and I'm pretty sure this will require a total floor replacement. For those of you who had to deal with this, where did you take your T@b for repair? We have plenty of RV dealers in my area, but no nuCamp dealers. I'm hesitant to take it it to an RV dealer that isn't trained in this camper. Thanks much.

Could you show us some photos? The Factory might be the best place to have this done.  But things really depend on what you might be seeing.

I know of a couple successful DIY replacements of floors on DM T@Bs but haven't heard of many, if any Pleasant Valley / NuCamp T@B 320 complete floor replacements.  NuCamp did our 2009 T@B CS (when they still did DM repairs) and I wouldn't go anywhere else for that extensive repair if at all possible.

Here are photos of the damage. It's in the aft of the camper, but I can see (via moisture meter) that it has seeped under the flooring as far as the wheel well.

Discoloration of flooring in mid cabin. Ugh. I'm sick looking at all this.

If the floor isn't sagging, I'd be tempted to pull up all the vinyl flooring and coat everything with penetrating epoxy. This is a product that's often used in boats. The floor replacement job is going to be hugely expensive - maybe more than the camper is worth.

I have the same problem with our 2016 320Max S. Same area. Did you find the leak? I've sealed the tail light, the trim around the tail light but that hasn't stopped it. There are no stains on the wall, so I don't think the roof is leaking.

I have the same issue on my 2015 T@B. Do you know if they found where it was the leak? and how you decided to get it fix? I live in Alaska and I think I may have to doit myself
