Bracing a Jack-It bike rack
For those who've installed a Jack-It bike rack on the tongue of their T@B, have any installed vertical braces from the V part down to the tongue platform behind it, perhaps between the jack and the tongue box, to bear some of the weight and reduce stress and strain on those components?
For context, I have a 2024 T@B 320S, the kind with the aluminum platform.

I have used the Jack-it rack with 2 road bikes as provided (without additional support) since 2021 without issues. I do not believe extra bracing would change the tongue weight but suppose it would decrease component stress and stain. Then again, any such additional support may get in the way of access to the box and platform. I don't think it is necessary if you stay within the manufacturer's recommended weight limits.
