Axel swap

I have a 2008 which is the Al-ko axel and parts just take to long to arrive and are very expensive. Has anyone with an Alko done an axel swap if so how and what did you use. Links to products would help

    I replaced mine with Timbren axle-less suspension. Here's a link to the post where I describe the work.

    I think others have swapped with Dexter torsion axles that are readily available. Those are more similar to the Alko and probably require less work and modification than what I had to do.
