We're going to the Balloon Fiesta in Albuquerque in October. Has anyone been and if so, can you offer tips? We're camping in the "Standard" RV area which is dry camping. TIA - Bill & Sweet Pegaleen

trying to figure out what to do with Mom. She's on O2 now and Peg wants to bring her but she can easily go through a bottle a day and her concentrator requires 110

I went about 5 years ago. They are situated close together. There is a honeywagon that comes around daily. Also, there are scheduled buses that p/u and drop off to the launching field. You can get tickets for it. There was a field next to the RV area where the balloons landed. To see the launch from the field, you have to get up early to catch a bus. It will be dark and cold.

Linda and I are going this year too and her brother lives there so we will park the trailer out front and probably stay inside with them and use the trailer to and from NM to Michigan. Looking forward to this gala event!
