Replacing Alde Fuses

The Alde was working fine when we put the 2016 Tab Max S to bed last fall, but it's not working on either electric or propane now. The 15-amp fuse for the Alde in the converter is fine. The valves all appear to be set correctly. After removing the black plastic cover to expose the Alde's two fuses, I can see two glass fuses that appear to be mounted in green plastic housings that appear to plug into the circuit board. One fuse appears to be fine. The other (the one closest to the center of the unit) might be blown, but I need to remove the fuse to inspect it more carefully. I'm assuming that to remove the fuse, I will need to pull the green plastic plug that houses the fuse from the circuit board. Correct???? (I don't want to harm the Alde so I'd like some assurance that it's okay to pull on the green plastic plug)

Yep - If you search "Fuses" or "Alde Fuses" there's been quite a bit of discussion.

The fuse was blown. The Alde is making noises now, so I assume it's back in business.

I had trouble with my Alde on my epic recent trip to Alaska. The heat and hot water didn't work for my 4 days in Denali or the return trip back to US. I was not able to stop at any RV service places (there weren't but a couple in bigger cities) and didn't have replacement fuses for anything but the common fuses on the converter box. Took it in for service when I got back to TX and found that it was indeed blown fuses on the 3.2 glass ones inside the Alde. Wish I had read this earlier and had a supply of those fuses too. Luckily, even though it was cold, I was fine inside my sleeping bag. But I will be prepared from now on. BTW, the trip to Alaska and back from TX was AWESOME!!! My Max S T@b was perfect for me and I had no trouble driving it with my 2012 Toyota RAV 4 V6. Only saw one other T@b and 2 Little Guys on the road for my whole journey. My T@b got a lot of attention! Upon return to TX, a lady at church even said she saw my pictures on Facebook and wanted first dibs on the T@b if I ever decide to sell it!
