With this mod the black tank would fill up first and not allow me to fill the gray tank all the way to do the back flush.  The gray tank would not get fully flushed.  This is a great idea and looks awesome.  I want to keep my tanks clean and my sensors working correctly.

I still do not understand. I still have the ability to drain and flush either tank separately without removing the hose. I still have two separate gate valves.

Dsatwork: you asked about tongue weight with the 2-6 volt battery install I had done. No, I haven't weighed the tongue weight but I know the difference. A 12-volt battery weighs 45 pounds. A 6-volt battery weighs 65 pounds each so I increased the weight by 85 pounds. It I also more than tripled my battery power. The RV shop had to do some welding work (moving propane tank and building a tray for the batteries).

Thanks.....You're correct!!  I was thinking of it as one!  With the two gate values I can block one tank to fill the other!

I can see this upgrade in my future before Tabazona.

I thought maybe it was unclear. That's why I kept asking questions. See you at Tabazona.

Dale,  to do the sewer mod it appears I will need to cut the gray line to attach the rubber 90 to bring it in line with the black line.  Am I correct?

Yes. It requires a rubber elbow to allow for the slight misalignment and  easier assembly.

@cbarnhill Thanks for the info and sorry I didn't see it earlier... last night my wife @Sandiegogal was like you know that Cindy gal with the batteries replied to your tongue weight question...uh no didn't see that....So one more question, with your 2015 Subaru Outback did you notice much difference towing with the added tongue weight?

Dsatwork: about increased tongue weight. I can tell a little difference when I manually pull the tab out of the carport and when I'm towing up a steep incline. Otherwise, no.

All of the sites at road runner are booked and have been for almost 2 months, there are people camping up at desert tortoise and there are many sites available. It's about a ten minute drive from the main event

Verna - What kind of data plan do you need to do that on your phone? What happens if you have a crappy connection?

You must have AT&T cell service, and it doesn't use my data plan. Yes, there is a monthly fee, the number of stations are growing. No local stations yet, but some local stations in some communities. I have to careful not to turn on my Hot Spot while watching on my iPhone because it will use my data if I don't turn off WiFi on the phone.

Verna-does AT&T have a name for this plan? Sounds interesting and I would like to look up the details.
