Generator or solar panels?

I live in the Seattle area and will primarily camp in Washington State and Oregon, with early spring trip to California, Arizona and hopefully New Mexico. Can't decide which to purchase... generator or solar? Opinions welcome.

Agree with Boo. Assuming solar, get just enough panels to meet your needs. No need to lug around the extra weight. Also, solar is insufficient to run the air conditioner.2016 Outback 320
