3 way frig door rack hack

First I want give credit for this idea to a fellow T@Ber I had the pleasure to meet in Riverside CA. His name is Deac he has a new Sofitel and travels alone. He tells me he is 78 I would have guessed no more than 68. If you meet him along the way tell him Dale said hi.  It is made from a poly ice cube bin from Walmart. We have wanted to put small items in the door rack to make them more accessible, but they constantly fell out Deac's idea works perfectly.

    I am going to do that asap, I wouldn't use it because everything kept falling out!!  think you can silicon it into place, so it doesn't slip around, or does it need it?

    Easier to clean if not attached?

    Makes my daily allotment almost rational!
    Box wine is commonly 3 liters or a double magnum size.
    Rehoboam in terms of Champagne Bottles is only 4.5 litres or 6 bottles. Methuselah is the same size as an Imperial (6 litres) but the name is usually used for sparkling wines in a Burgundy-shaped bottle.     That particular bottle (an 18L "melchior") would be almost 9" in diameter. Most definitely too large to fit in the door of the 3-way Norcold without modification.

    If cut just right I think it should wedge into place.
    Or buy two ice bins so you can mess up on the first one. ;)

    PXL, put the lid back on, and use it on the driver's side underneath the bench for additional storage to keep things contained, and from sliding around. ;)

    Thought about cutting the cap and blocking the end but the insert's wide enough that not much can slide out the ends.

    I hope to do this soon. Do y'all think that a command strip caddy would stick inside the fridge door. I have really learned a lot about my new to us Tab.

    B+ is fine by me. Sad to say, by the second glass, almost any wine I drink is "Wonderful!" And we know a 6-pack would fit the fridge! We'll look for it.

    I just happened to notice...  I haven't seen any posts by pxl/nomad for a while.  Is he living off the grid?  I'm not prying or anything.  Just concerned cause he's been a great guy and a good source of info as well...
