Air Conditioning Switch?

There's a on/off switch left of the thermostat - I have faint recollection that it has something to do with the air conditioner.
It's going to be 90 in the area I'm in so may need to fire it up. My ideal temp is mid-70s.

Mine doesn't have that switch.

If it is the switch on the wall, my understanding you turn it uon when you run your air conditioner. It runs a couple? of small fans which are suppose to help with the air circulation through the air conditioner. Suppose to make it more efficient. I was told by our dealer, that the T@G has five fans, because the air conditioner is totally enclosed.

Jenn - The switch that came on mine is a little on/off rocker switch left of the Alde thermostat.

Jdargis said is what I was told/know. Not sure if it should be on at all times that the ac is running.

I was told by the dealer to run the fan anytime the a/c was set to run. I don't think it makes any difference when running the fan only selection.

Finally tried the air conditioner - was 88-90 degrees - and yep, turns on a fan somewhere in the ac cabinet.

Here is a picture that shows the fan just above the AC and is located directly under the vent on the roof.
