Adding a Maxxi Air Fan Cover

Due to condensation build up in my T@B 320 Max S I am thinking about adding a Maxxi Air Fan Cover over my fan on the roof of my camper. We use the fan vent alot during cooking and showering and I think that it will allow me to use the fan even when it is raining and keep the rain out. What does everyone think... Is it easier to just open a few windows instead to remove condensation while sleeping instead, etc. ?
Thanks,

I prefer to keep windows closed while sleeping and the roof vent open. Rain at night was a problem, so I replaced my fantastic fan with a MaxxFan Deluxe, which can remain open even in the rain, and allows the fan to run like a ceiling fan when the lid is closed.
It is a bit pricey but definitely worth it, in my opinion.
This is the one I installed:

A vent cover has been one of the first things I have added to every RV we have owned. Easy cheep, and effective. I like this one.

I love having a max air on my T@B
I also had one on my littleguy 6 wide so I knew I would get another -
Does the installation of the Max air require the complete removal of the existing fan? If so how did you deal with mastic used? Was it difficult to remove?

I did not install mine
But I’ll see they had to drill in the tab when I get home
I don’t believe you have to with the Max-air- did not drill for my 6 wide and think its same fan

We ordered our tab with a maxxfan deluxe and I agree it is worth the cost to never have to worry about rain. We leave our vent open all the time when we're camping or when the trailer is out on the driveway. The fan cover will perform the same function.John and Henrietta, Late 2016 T@B S Max in Western New York

@Dalehelman it was a fairly easy install Dale and I am not mechanically inclined at all. The Fantastic Fan had to completely come out. The most time consuming part was removing the old sealant, but I was able to get my head through the roof hole which made it much easier than stretching across the roof. I did discover that I had to use self tapping screws when installing the new fan due to the metal frame around the vent hole. I love this new fan.
