Custom skirting to retain heat under T@B...ideas?

I've been doing a lot of thinking about ways to extend my camping season and first I'm planning to install tank/pipe/gate heaters, but it would be nice to be able to also put up some kind of insulated skirting to keep in some of that heat so the pads don't have to draw as much power. I'm looking for ideas on what kind of material to use. You wouldn't need a lot since the T@B is pretty close to the ground. I'm thinking suction cups to attach it all around, and some kind of (matching) flexible vinyl that can easily be rolled/folded up and thrown into the tow vehicle. Anyone tried to do anything like this?

I found this product online and it might work....it has to look good though in addition to being effective. Has any one tried this product? https://ezsnapdirect.com/products/rv-skirting/ I think I may just buy some marine vinyl and a snap tool and make my own. I would have to put the snaps in the plastic trim though on the sides, so I'm not sure how strong that plastic is for a snap....hum.....

Now that I've spent many hours thinking this through, rather than installing the tank/pipe/gate heaters, why not put up the skirt and put one of those Buddy Propane Heaters underneath as the heat source. They are indoor safe. http://www.mrheater.com/big-buddy-portable-heater.html

I understand what you are after, but, somehow having an ignited propane source under my trailer doesn’t sound exactly safe. I think Dale Helman experimented with a system using a computer fan to draw warm air into the enclosed space under the trailer. I will try to find the thread.

Think about what you might hang off the lower Keder rail. There are several hangers that fit into the Keder rail that would hold up material.

Great ideas. I will definitely look into these ideas. Yea Sam, Im thinking the same thing about the heater. I have the little buddy heater and if you tilt it at all it shuts off but I think you are right to worry. I think I will rule that idea out. Even if I could just enclose the area that would help some. I also considered piping some heat down there from the inside. I didnt think about something to thread into the rail. That would be great. I could install snaps around the front and back to hold the shield material.
