Which roof vent cover?

Thousands of online videos and pitches for each mfg., but who has some real life preferences? I noticed that Maxair disallows full opening of the vent it’s self.  Insights?

    There will be different views on this. Some like the lower profile max air cover. I like the Fantastic Fan cover because it allows the vent to be completely open. So, I can have full ventilation when it is a downpour.

    I'm considering a Fantastic Fan cover - will it be too tall to accommodate my t@b cover during storage?

    It has not been a problem for me.
