Horizontal White Line on Alde Display

My Alde digital display now has a horizontal white line running across it. Is there something easy I can do to fix it or should I call Nu-Camp? Still under the first year warranty.

    Sure sounds like it. Probably one bank of the microthingamabobbit matrix in the LCD got fried.
